LLM student successes
Erum Khalid Sattar (pictured, left), LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law Graduate (2007–8), has been accepted to study at Harvard.
Erum’s areas of interest are political economy of capitalism, globalisation, law and development and leadership in the public sector.
During her time at Queen Mary, Erum was one of group of QM students who attended the NICLAS Vienna Summer School in 2008, sponsored by the EU, which was awarded best ratings for their presentation.
New Joint Scholarship between CCLS and global law firm K&L Gates
The Centre for Commercial Law Studies within the School of Law at Queen Mary and global law firm K&L Gates LLP have joined in the establishing of a K&L Gates/Queen Mary International Arbitration Scholarship.
The award will enable a student to pursue an LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution or a Postgraduate Diploma in International Dispute Resolution – Arbitration at Queen Mary.
