Ohio State Moritz College of Law has two summer programs
The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law is offering two summer programs designed to provide individuals who have studied, or are currently studying, law outside of the US with a broad exposure to major concepts in US law and American legal training.
The first program is a three-week, full-time intensive program, which gives the students approximately 70 hours of instruction. It consists of the following four modules:
A survey of legal English and US law school culture
Exposure to the foundations of US law and the legal system
An overview of US corporate law and the legal practice of international business
Practical, hands-on lawyering skills development
The dates for this summer program are from Tuesday 25th July to Friday 11th August 2017, and the program fee is $2,100.
The second summer program on offer is a one-week program called “US Corporate Law and the Legal Practice of International Business”. This is to instruct students and employed professionals on US and international commercial law and ADR.
The dates for this summer program are Monday 7th August to 11th Friday August 2017, and the program fee is $1,000.
