Kent LLM students launch ‘Mastering Law’ blog
LLM students at Kent Law at the University of Kent have started a blog to share their academic and personal journeys with those considering studying Law at Masters level, and at Kent.
The LLM blog, entitled Mastering Law, is a space for students to write about their experiences of studying for an LLM over the course of an academic year, with contributing students drawn from a range of specialisations within the Kent LLM, including International Commercial Law, Medical Law and Ethics, Environmental Law, Criminal Justice, and International Law with International Relations.
Posts to date include reflections on a guest lecture about Human Rights, a comprehensive review of the first five weeks of a taught LLM, comment about the experiences of postgraduate study as a mature student, and a view of postgraduate study from the perspective of an international student.
Kent Law School is a leading UK law school based at the University of Kent, with a world leading culture of critical legal research and campuses in Canterbury and in Brussels. Rated 6th nationally in the most recent Research Assessment Exercise and 10th in the UK in the Times Good University Guide 2014, Kent offers its innovative Kent LLM at its Canterbury campus, and three defined specialist LLM programmes at its Brussels campus.
