LLM (by coursework)
The Master of Laws Programme presented at Stellenbosch offers modules such as Law of Trusts, Competition Law, Advanced Company Law, Intellectual Property Law, Information Technology Law, Comparative Apartment Ownership, International Criminal Law, International Law and Children’s Rights, Advanced South African Human Rights Law, Legal Medicine, Employment Rights, Employment Discrimination, Selected issues in Labour and Social Security Law, Public Procurement Regulation, International Business Transactions, International Commercial Arbitration, Public Law Aspects of International Trade and International Tax Law. Students must complete 4 modules and a short research paper. The language of instruction for this programme is English.

LLM in International Trade Law
The Law Faculty also offers a LLM Programme in International Trade Law. This programme includes the following modules: International Commercial Arbitration, International Business Transactions, Public Law Aspects of International Trade and International Tax Law. Students are also required to submit a short research paper. The language of instruction for this programme is English.

Applications for the July 2010 intake have to be submitted by 30 April 2010 and applications for the February 2011 intake must be submitted before 30 September 2010.
