An increasingly globalised economy has witnessed a significant increase in cross-border transactions. These transactions have introduced complex legal challenges for lawyers working in international business disputes. Our LLM in International Commercial Law explores large international business transactions and the legal, political, economic, and social factors combined with the skills that you need to know.
