Summary
This course relates to commercial activities in a global economy. You will examine complementary law and business issues which affect international business practice and we will provide you with legal expertise informed by commercial awareness which is essential in the current global business environment. With the inclusion of European law topics alongside the study of international law, you will examine how law influences the development of supranational markets built up from a number of independent states. The European Union modules provide a basis for exploring the legal regulation of free trade throughout the world.

Entry requirements | Applicants should either have at least a 2nd Class Honours degree or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment. All applications should be supported by a reference, either academic or professional. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent. |
