Summary
This course is designed to provide you with an in-depth knowledge of employment law as well as critical aspects of human resource (HR) management. You will develop a more comprehensive understanding of the laws that influence HR policies and practices within a business, in addition to an understanding of the context within which their advice is being sought, the potential impact such advice may have on a business and where business decisions may have to be made. In addition to studying core modules, you will be able to choose from a wide variety of optional, insightful modules, enabling you to tailor your studies and specialise in your chosen area of interest.
