University of Strathclyde launches LLM in International Maritime Law
The University of Strathclyde is launching a Master of Laws degree in International Maritime Law, with the first cohort starting in September 2025.
The LLM in International Maritime Law is the only maritime law course in Scotland, bringing together perspectives from admiralty law, environmental law and commercial law.
This new LLM is an opportunity for both law and non-law graduates to gain a better understanding of maritime law, and it will explore the legal ramifications of the impact of global changes to the environment, shipping industry and piracy.
The LLM in International Maritime Law will give students the chance to undertake an industrial internship, professional consultancy project, enhanced research proposal or dissertation research project.
