This course is for legal professionals, and others with an interest in the legal issues surrounding construction claims, contracting, project management and surveying. It will equip you with in-depth knowledge of key topics in the fields of construction law and dispute resolution processes, providing specific focus on those processes which run alongside traditional litigation.

This flexible course will equip you with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of key topics in the fields of construction law and dispute resolution processes, providing specific focus on those processes which run alongside traditional litigation.
You will analyse recent and future developments in the industry, with a focus on UK cases and materials and in some cases, international aspects.
There is an option of a Construction Adjudication route, which is a very common form of dispute resolution in the UK construction industry.
