McKinney Winter Experience 14 January-1 February 2019

Indiana University Robert H McKinney School of Law is hosting the three-week intensive McKinney Experience from Monday 14th January 2019 to Friday 1st February 2019.

This intensive experience for international attorneys, law graduates and law students, is designed to give attendees a unique insight into US law together with cultural experiences in the heart of America’s Midwest.

This course will cover important topics in American law including: Intellectual Property Law, Human Rights Law, International Business Transactions, World Trade Law, and International Environmental Law. It will also cover Legal English to support English as a Second Language students to understand and use legal terminology and discourse. There will also be advice and support for prospective LLM students, including help with the application process, writing a personal statement, and preparing for English exams.

No student visas are required to attend this course, however do check with your local US embassy in case a visitor visa is required.
