UNH Franklin Pierce School of LawStrafford is holding a Trademark Webinar on Wednesday 22nd April 2020, featuring a panelist from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce.

Professor Alexandra J Roberts from UNH Franklin Pierce published an article “Trademark Failure to Function,” on use as a mark as a threshold for trademark protection and registration, in Iowa Law Review over the summer. Professor Roberts will be a panelist for an upcoming Strafford CLE webinar on the topic entitled “Trademark Registration: Overcoming Failure-to-Function Refusals, Meeting Use and Distinctiveness Requirements” on Wednesday 22nd April 2020.
