Texas A&M University launches an LLM in International IP Law
Texas A&M University School of Law has launched an LLM in International Intellectual Property Law.
This unique Master of Laws program focuses on intellectual property rights in a range of jurisdictions including India, South Asia and the United States. It will give students a deeper understanding of legal issues surrounding international intellectual property regimes.
Texas A&M School of Law’s LLM program includes coursework which examines a wide array of issues in international intellectual property law, giving students a unique insight into intellectual property law, policies and national regulations from different parts of the globe — with emphasis on South Asian and Indian policies.
It has been designed for lawyers wishing to become senior advocates in the Supreme Court of India or in the High Courts as well as corporate counsels in multinational companies, partners in global law firms, and corporate counsels or advocates on record for foreign companies.
This is an online LLM program that takes between one and two years to complete.
