Summary
An increasingly globalised economy requires international commercial law professionals to have a wide range of knowledge on issues relevant to international commerce, such as the World Trade Organisation and the law of international trade, and in areas such as international finance, intellectual property or international energy law.With maximum flexibility in mind, the course allows you to work towards your LLM in stages. To access the LLM you will have previously completed the awards of PG Cert and PG Dip. The LLM in International Commercial Law has been designed to meet the distinct, identified needs of international commercial law professionals and legal practitioners. You will gain specialist legal knowledge within a practical context, whilst developing expertise in chosen areas and enhancing your research skills.
