USC Gould launches online certificate in Real Estate Law

USC Gould School of LawThe University of Southern California Gould School of Law has announced a new addition to its selection of graduate certificates – the online certificate in Real Estate Law.

This new qualification has been designed to address the increasing demand for specialised expertise in real estate, giving professionals the opportunity to enhance their skills and delve deeper into the legal intricacies of this dynamic industry.

The Real Estate Law certificate will focus on practical applications, equipping students with essential knowledge of legal principles and contracts relevant to real estate transactions. Delivered entirely online by esteemed faculty and industry practitioners, this program offers a contemporary pathway for professionals seeking career advancement in finance, real estate development, advisory services, acquisitions, management and related fields. Designed for flexibility, the program allows professionals to pursue their education while managing existing commitments. Students will be taught via interactive virtual classrooms, stimulating discussions and collaborative projects.
