As businesses increasingly cross borders, so must the practice of law equally change to accommodate commercial activities within the global economy. Understanding business law and the complexities of transnational business interactions could help you to unlock a wide range of career opportunities, from a high-level career in an international law firm, to a multinational company or governmental organisation.
Through this LLM you will delve into a range of stimulating topics, including transnational contract law, competition law at a national and international level, and exploring the remit, procedures and operation of the World Trade Organization. On completion of this programme you will be equipped with the specialist legal knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a career in global business law.

That is why we offer two different entry routes onto our LLM International Business Law, which take into account both academic and work-based experience. Our courses are taught in English so to study with us you must have an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 or equivalent. If you don’t hold an IELTS or equivalent qualification, you will be required to pass a free online English test to assess your proficiency. |
