Bristol Law School to launch Centre for Global Law and Innovation
Bristol Law School at the University of Bristol is launching a new centre of research – the Centre for Global Law and Innovation.
The aim of the Centre for Global Law and Innovation (CGLI) is to bring together expertise in international trade law, innovation law, intellectual property law and digital economies.
This innovative new centre will be led by Bristol Law School academics Professor Andrew Charlesworth, Dr Clair Gammage, Professor Sarah Green, and Professor Aurora Plomer, and will explore the legal challenges posed by digital economies and global trade. It is also intended for the CGLI to promote collaborations between Bristol Law School students researching the legal, social and economic challenges posed by globalisation, innovation, trade and development.
