Loyola Law SchoolLoyola Law School, Los Angeles is introducing a new Flex LLM option for autumn 2020.

The Flex LLM is available to students who have received a law degree outside of the United States and will allow them to benefit from everything Loyola Law School offers, with new flexibility that will help address the challenges of the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Students of the Flex LLM will be able to start their Master of Laws course via online study in August, and during their first semester they will take the foundational classes, Introduction to American Law and American Legal Research & Writing. These initial classes will be conducted live and online, providing the perfect introduction to the American legal system. Flex LLM students will then join Loyola Law School on campus in Los Angeles in January 2021, and will be able to complete their degree in summer 2021 or autumn 2021.

LLM Director at Loyola Law School, Professor Aaron Ghirardelli, explains, “The Flex LLM is the perfect option for students all around the world concerned about traveling during this pandemic time but eager to start their unique learning experience at Loyola Law School. The option to complete the degree in summer 2021 or fall 2021 also provides a perfect alternative for students who prefer to compress their legal education in Los Angeles in seven months or students who prefer to extend their stay in L.A. for 12 months.”
