UCL Laws highly ranked in the UK in Times Good University Guide 2020

UCL LawsUCL Laws has been ranked number two in the UK in the latest rankings compiled by the prestigious The Times Good University Guide 2020.

Speaking about this latest success, Vice Dean (Education) and Faculty Tutor at UCL Laws, Olga Thomas, comments, “I am delighted to hear that UCL Laws has been ranked number 2 in The Times Good University Guide 2020. This is a reflection of the high-quality teaching and research we offer, and our outstanding student experience. We ensure students have opportunities to participate in law-related and pro-bono activities beyond the classroom – resulting in excellent graduate prospects, which is also reflected in our league table position.”

The Good University Guide 2020 ranks 101 institutions across the UK for Law, and UCL Laws’ excellent placing shows an improvement on last year’s impressive third position.

The subject rankings at the Good University Guide are based on student opinion on teaching quality as well as their wider university experiences. These opinions are then combined with the outcomes of the 2014 research assessments of the institutions together with the graduate job prospects and course entry standards.
