New York University and Melbourne University have an exciting dual JD and LLM programme!

New York University (NYU) School of Law is now open for applications for the Melbourne-NYU Dual JD / LLM Programme from current JD students at Melbourne Law School, The University of Melbourne. Students in this programme earn their JD degree from Melbourne and their LLM from NYU School of Law in a total of three-and-a-half years (seven academic semesters) of full-time study.

Current JD students at Melbourne Law School can apply during their fourth semester of JD study for admission to any of NYU's LLM degree programmes offered at the New York City campus. Students will then begin their LLM studies at NYU in the Autumn semester (August) following the completion of the fifth semester of JD study at Melbourne.

The Melbourne -NYU Dual JD / LLM Programme may not be combined with any other joint- or dual-degree programme, and may not be completed in any manner other than full-time study for seven consecutive academic semesters.
