Nottingham and Radboud create dual LLM in Insolvency Law
Nottingham Law School has teamed up with Radboud University in the Netherlands to create a dual Masters in Insolvency Law.
This exciting new course has been created for students wishing to develop their understanding of insolvency law as well as corporate and European law – and it will have a strong international focus.
The course starts in September with the students studying an LLM European and Insolvency Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen in the Netherlands. They will then move to Nottingham Law School to study the LLM Corporate and Insolvency Law – then at the end of one year of studying the successful students will receive a dual Masters in Insolvency Law.
This course offers students the fantastic opportunity of studying different aspects of law at two different law schools in two different countries!
