Pace Law School accelerating legal expertise in Real Estate Law LL.M
The need for effective lawyers in facilitating increasingly complex real estate transactions is both real and timely. Pace Law School is meeting this need in becoming the first law school in the New York region to offer a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate Law. In structuring the LL.M programme, lawyers and industry advisors were heavily consulted on what issues animate and affect the real estate industry. Pace’s LL.M. program is committed to exposing students to foundational areas of practice and cutting edge issues as well as the business of real estate.
By exposing lawyers to the laws and issues and enabling them to apply the principles drawn from real estate, land use, and environmental law, Pace's LL.M. program provides the depth and rigor to ensure that its graduates are ready to practice.
The Pace Law School faculty and staff consistently strive to offer a quality educational experience that meets the needs of students. Pace is home to knowledgeable and experienced professors who care about teaching and about preparing students for meaningful careers in the legal profession. The advantages of a Pace legal education include: small classes that ensure personal attention; accessible and approachable faculty; diverse students, professors, and ideas; and a supportive environment where students are committed to helping each other succeed. Pace Law School also offers an evening program and a Westchester location which will enable lawyers to study part-time while continuing to practice.
