The $1,000-trillion question
The LLM in Corporate Finance Law at the University of Westminster School of Law in London has one particular focus: how to make money, very big money.
In addition to developing management and business skills, the course provides the legal and financial tools to those who would like to know how to list companies, how to structure financial instruments and how to do deals involving the largest projects in the world.
This uniquely practical perspective comes from the teachers. Each is a highly qualified practitioner with either current or previous industry experience at a senior level, who teaches at a depth no textbook can even approach.
In this course, real-world problems are turned into opportunities for its students to come up with legal-financial solutions. Students from all over the world with diverse backgrounds in business, law and finance and economics, have all benefited from the course.
By learning how the big deals are done, they have an enhanced confidence to meet the tough demands of the $1,000-trillion global markets.
More information about this course and the School of Law at the University of Westminster can be found on the School’s website.
