The University of Haifa and the University of Ottawa have launched a joint LLM
The University of Ottawa in Canada and the University of Haifa in Israel are offering a new joint 12-month LLM programme, that is to be taught in the English language.
This programme will accept 14 students a year, and those who graduate from it will receive an LLM degree from both universities. The degree is recognized in North America, the Commonwealth and Europe (including Israel).
Students will spend two terms in Ottawa - from September to February, and two terms in Haifa - from March to August. There is also an optional Master's thesis.
Students will have the option of specialising in Law and technology, Law and Society or Human Rights.
Applications must be submitted to lschor@law.haifa.ac.il by Sunday 15th May 2011.
